We build your entire JobTread org from scratch. You keep running every active job in your old system. Nobody works inside JobTread until the build is signed off at the final demo.
Data Migration
You clean up the old system, sign off the field map, and give us a written green light. We move it in one sweep: customers, contacts, vendors and custom fields into JobTread; active jobs rebuilt with budget and working docs; everything else archived by job in Google Drive.
8–9 weeks, kickoff to migrated
The 30-business-day guarantee covers Phase 1. Phase 2 adds 2 to 3 weeks on top. Closed jobs and historical financials are archived in Drive, not rebuilt in JobTread — that’s what keeps it clean and fast.

What happens after 30 days?
Your 2 weeks of Boss Care starts automatically at go-live. Most clients stay on Boss Care ($1,997/mo) so the team that built the system keeps editing and building it. If you’re migrating data from another system, Phase 2 starts once you sign off the build.
What if it’s not done in 30 days?
We keep working — free — until it is. The 30-business-day guarantee is on us, not you.
Do I have to pay all $10K up front?
No. You can opt into a payment plan — $2,500 every two weeks at 0% interest until the $10K is paid in full. We start the build once you’re enrolled, and roll into the next phase as payments come through.
Can you migrate my old data?
Yes — as Phase 2, after the build is signed off. You keep running your old system during the 30 days, clean it up, give us a written green light, and we move it in one sweep: records and active jobs into JobTread, photos, files and history archived in Google Drive. $3,500–$5,000 per system, 50% off with the Full Implementation, and it adds 2–3 weeks after the build.
My process isn’t nailed down yet. Should I still start?
Start with Be A Boss Consulting ($2,500): two working sessions before kickoff to settle how you run jobs. The build then becomes edits and fine-tuning instead of process decisions under a 30-day clock.
