Your whole team, trained
on your JobTread. In person.
Three days on-site with Nick Peret — ownership, office, estimators, PMs, field leads and crew, every role trained on their own jobs and their own numbers. You already have the system. This is how the whole company actually starts using it.
The contractor whose JobTread is built — but only two people really use it.
The org is configured. The templates exist. And the office still runs on texts, the field still runs on paper, and the owner is still the one who “knows JobTread.” Videos and a demo call get the leadership team there; a 20-person company needs everyone in one room, on real jobs, with someone who can answer the question the moment it comes up. That’s this.
Leadership first. Then the field. Then everyone.
Each day is built for the people in the room, on your real jobs. Nick writes the final day-by-day agenda with your leadership before he lands.
The system, end to end
- Walkthrough of your JobTread instance — pipeline, templates, permissions, integrations
- Estimating deep dive on your cost catalog, markups and proposal templates
- Financial workflows — invoicing, payments, QuickBooks, job costing reports
- Pipeline, dashboards and reporting; admin and customer-communication workflows
Running the job
- Job lifecycle from lead to close — tasks, scheduling, daily logs, photos, change orders
- Estimating workshop on live jobs
- Subs & vendors — purchase orders, sub invoicing, vendor comms
- Mobile app and field communications; hands-on lab on your real projects
Simulation & go-live
- All-hands kickoff, then role-based breakouts
- Full-team simulation — a job walked lead to close with everyone in their real role
- JobTread Champions trained as your first-line support
- Official go-live: ground rules and next steps for the whole company
Prepped before he lands. Supported after he leaves.
The three days are the middle of the engagement, not the whole thing.
Prep
So nobody spends Day 1 learning where the buttons are.
- Discovery call with leadership — your full job lifecycle, lead to invoice
- Role mapping for the whole team
- Instance check: stages, templates, catalogs, users and permissions ready
- Three short pre-training videos so everyone arrives knowing basic navigation
Train
Real jobs, real numbers, real roles.
- Day 1 leadership & office, Day 2 PMs & field, Day 3 everyone
- Hands-on labs after every block
- Full-team simulation and Champions training
- Official go-live before Nick leaves the building
Hold
The habits stick because someone is still watching.
- Weekly check-in calls with leadership
- Direct chat & email support for the full team
- Configuration adjustments from real-world use
- 14-day adoption review
Every role. Every module they touch.
Tailored to the roles in your company — topics get reordered, combined or expanded to fit your team.

Videos train a person. A room trains a company.
Adoption by osmosis
- The owner learns it; everyone else learns what the owner has time to show them
- Field adoption stalls on the first question nobody can answer
- Every role finds its own workaround
- Six months later, two people use JobTread and everyone else uses them
Adoption by decision
- Every role trained on its own jobs, questions answered in the room
- A full-team simulation before anyone goes live
- Champions inside the company to catch what comes next
- An official go-live the whole team was part of
A system only pays off when the whole company runs on it. Three days in a room is the fastest way we know to get a 20-person team from “the owner’s software” to “how we run jobs.”
Teams that actually adopted it.
What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t just give you a standard setup and call it done. He listens to our feedback, helps us think through different options, and finds solutions that fit the way our team actually works. He is responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wants to make sure you’re happy with the end result.
From the very beginning, they have truly taken the time to understand the nature of our business, how it operates, and our needs to help build out our JobTread system. Special shoutout to Johnny & Tyler for such great communication and sharing their thorough knowledge from start to finish.
His strategic approach has saved us hours of admin work every week, improved our estimating accuracy, and boosted team accountability.
Training runs on the JobTread you already have. It doesn’t build one. If your org isn’t configured yet, start with the Full Implementation — on-site training is the natural add-on once it ships. It isn’t ongoing support either: after the two remote weeks, that’s Boss Care. Custom automations, SOP packages and fractional CTO work are separate engagements.
The add-on after the build.
Most teams book it for the month after their Final Demo — or for an org that’s been live a while and never fully landed.
The honest answers
Do we need a Full Implementation first?
You need a working JobTread org — ours or one you built. Training is delivered on your existing configuration; if it needs work first, we’ll tell you on the Growth Audit.
Why “from” $10,000?
$10,000 covers three days on-site for a team of up to about 20, travel included. Larger teams, multiple locations or extra days are quoted up front, before you sign — never as a surprise after.
How far out do we book?
Dates are confirmed on the deposit, usually 2–3 weeks out, so there’s time for the discovery call, role mapping and pre-training videos.
Who needs to be there?
Day 1 is leadership and office, Day 2 is PMs and field leads, Day 3 is everyone. Confirm full-team availability within five business days of signing so the agenda is built around the people who’ll be in the room.
What if we have to move the dates?
Your deposit carries to the new dates. Changes inside 14 days of Day 1 only pick up any travel costs that were already non-refundable.
Do you travel outside the US?
Yes — Canada included. Everything is invoiced in USD; Canadian clients pay by wire or card.
Better starts now.
Put the whole company in one room and go live together.
