Full Implementation clients. Boss Sessions exists to master the system we built, so it’s only sold to companies whose JobTread we built. If you haven’t done the build, start with the free Growth Audit.
How is this different from Boss Care?
Boss Care is the ongoing membership — chat support, edits and new builds, a monthly call, month to month. Boss Sessions is a one-time block of four deep-dive working sessions. Plenty of grads do both: Boss Care keeps the system moving, Sessions get the team sharp on it.
Do I have to use all four at once?
No. Spread them however you like inside the 90-day window — four weeks in a row, one a month, or two back to back when a new hire starts.
Can my team be on the calls?
Yes, and they should be. One lead sets the agenda; anyone who touches that part of the system joins. The recording covers whoever couldn’t.
What if I need more than four?
Buy another block of four, or move to Boss Care and use the monthly call. We’ll tell you straight which one fits.
Will you build new things on the sessions?
We’ll tune, fix and adjust what we built live on the call. A net-new dashboard, workflow or template is a build, and builds live in Boss Care.
